AGB

1. Scope

These terms apply to the placement of female and male performers with productions in the erotic and adult sector by [Firmenname], hereinafter the agency.

2. Age of majority required

A collaboration is entered into exclusively with persons who have reached the age of 18. Proof is provided before the first shoot by presenting a valid identity card or passport. Other documents are not accepted. Without proof, no shoot takes place.

3. Costs

Placed persons never incur any costs. Neither registration fees, listing fees nor expense allowances are charged. No commission is deducted from the fee. The agency is paid exclusively by the production.

4. Boundaries and voluntariness

Before each placement, the placed person records in writing which acts are excluded. This declaration forms part of the production contract. Any deviation from it is not permitted. Any enquiry may be declined without stating reasons; this does not result in disadvantages for future enquiries.

5. Stopping a shoot

A shoot may be stopped at any time. If the shoot is stopped because of a breach of the agreed boundaries or of safety and health requirements, the entitlement to the agreed daily fee remains.

6. Remuneration and payment

The amount of remuneration is agreed in writing before each assignment. Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 days of acceptance, together with a statement.

7. Taxes

Placed persons work on a self-employed basis and are themselves responsible for taxing their income and for any required registrations. The agency does not withhold taxes or social-security contributions and does not provide tax advice.

8. Health and safety

For vaginal and anal intercourse, condoms are mandatory without exception. For productions involving intercourse, test certificates no older than 30 days must be presented. The production bears the costs.

9. Rights in the material

The scope of the rights of use granted is set out in the respective production contract and explained before signature. Recordings from a casting are published or exploited only with separate, express consent.

10. Data protection

The privacy notice of this website applies.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. Should a provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
