Safety on set and discretion

What applies on set, who sees your data, and how you keep control of your material.

Rules on set

These points apply on every set we arrange. They are included in the contract, not just here.

Condom required

In the case of vaginal and anal intercourse, without exception. Even if all participants present current test results.

Boundaries are binding

Your written list is sent to the production before the shoot. Anything on it will not be negotiated — not on set and not even for an additional fee.

Stopping without disadvantage

You can stop at any time. If you stop because agreements or safety requirements have been violated, you keep the day Fee.

Never in private homes

Castings and shoots take place in studios or booked locations. A team is always present: director, camera operator and at least one assistant.

A companion is allowed

You may bring someone you trust to the casting and the shoot. No advance notice and no explanation required.

Breaks and withdrawal

Private space to change, a shower and refreshments. You decide when to take breaks; they are not a concession.

Discretion

The most common worry before applying is not the shoot. It is who will find out. So here is what we do, and what we cannot do.

What we commit to

  • No letter will ever be sent to your address. We do not send post under any circumstances.
  • We do not call you unsolicited and do not write to numbers you have not given us.
  • A stage name is sufficient for everything except the contract and proof of age.
  • Your data stays with us. The production only receives anything once you have agreed to a specific inquiry.
  • Deletion on request. Informal email, seven days, done.

What we cannot promise

Anyone who appears in a production with their face can be recognised. Nobody can rule that out, and anyone who claims otherwise is not telling the truth. What you can control: whether your face is seen, which rights you grant, and for which territory they apply. We go through that with you before every booking.

Data protection and safety

Health

Testing. For productions involving sexual intercourse, we require a current test for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, no more than 30 days old. This applies to everyone involved, including experienced performers. The production covers the costs, not you.

Where you can get tested. Public health offices offer anonymous testing, often free of charge or for a small fee. We can provide details of places near you on request.

Hygiene on set. Toys are cleaned and disinfected before every use or are single-use products. Anyone who has doubts about hygiene should say so, and the shoot will be interrupted. This is expressly encouraged and will not have any consequences for you.

No substances. No medication or other performance-enhancing substances are provided on Sets we arrange. Anyone who brings them will be sent home.

How to recognise a dubious agency

This list applies to us as well. Judge us by it.

  • You are asked for money. Registration fee, file fee, “expense allowance” for the Casting, contribution towards photo costs. Any of these is grounds for exclusion.
  • The Casting is supposed to take place in a private apartment. No studio, no team, no camera running alongside. Do not go.
  • Identification is not checked. Anyone who does not verify your age will not be interested in following other rules either.
  • There is nothing in writing. No contract, no Fee on paper, no Boundaries list. “We’ll do it later” means: never.
  • The Fee promises are unrealistic. Four-figure amounts for an afternoon without any experience do not exist.
  • Nothing about the company can be found. No published productions, no complete legal notice, no reachable contact person.
  • You are pressured. Time pressure, “today only”, follow-up questions after a rejection. A reputable agency accepts a no immediately.

Further questions

How we select productions

Safety on set begins with checking a specific request before we arrange a production or enable a collaboration. This concerns the planned assignment, the organisational framework and the willingness to comply with our binding safety conditions. Terms, boundaries and other agreements must be established in writing before booking.

A casting takes place exclusively in a studio or booked location, never in a private residence. At least three people must be present, a companion is permitted without prior notice, and sexual acts are not part of a casting. Requests that deviate from these rules will not be carried out under such conditions.

For an arranged production, travel expenses, meals, a private shower and a retreat room must also be provided. The agreed fee is paid by bank transfer with a settlement within 14 days, not in cash. A checked request does not replace your own decision for or against an assignment.

Written rules before filming

A clear filming agreement records tasks, fees, usage rights, boundaries and organisational conditions. Check it completely and ask if any wording is unclear. Verbal promises should be confirmed in writing before the appointment.

Your yes-no-maybe list with 87 filming activities is part of the contract. Anything you exclude there may not be requested, even in exchange for an additional payment. Changes are possible only with your voluntary and explicit consent.

Condoms are mandatory without exception for vaginal and anal intercourse, regardless of test results. The STI panel may not be more than 14 to 30 days old on the filming day; the production covers the cost. Without a valid identity card or passport, there is neither a casting nor filming; a driving licence is not sufficient.

Safety features in the customer area

Performers can complete a video verification. During the video call, the agency sees the valid identity card or passport next to the person’s face and compares the face and date of birth. There is no recording, screenshot or copy of the identity document; only the result, date and verification note are stored.

Verification is valid for 24 months. Verified set cards carry the seal “Verified · age and identity checked on …”. For productions, the agency checks company details and the contact person by comparing them with the legal notice and register, as well as through a brief video call; the seal “Production verified” appears on the job card and job page only with an active Starter or Pro subscription.

In the customer area, a filming agreement with boundaries pass can be prepared. The production proposes the conditions and only those filming activities marked Yes or Maybe on the set card. Performers answer each point with Yes or No, can add their own conditions and sign first; the production then countersigns.

Each change creates a new version, causing previous signatures to expire. Both parties can withdraw from the agreement until filming begins; consent remains revocable at any time. The agreement can be printed and exported in both parties’ languages; the template is provided without warranty and replaces neither an individual contract nor legal advice.

Optional web push notifications and, in future, group emails will provide neutral information about new activity. The notifications do not mention specific content.

What a report about a production triggers

A report about a production is handled confidentially and triggers a review. Your information, as well as available agreements, messages or other documents, will be taken into account. You do not need to submit a fully prepared dossier for an initial report.

Your data will not be shared without your consent in the individual case, including with other agencies. If violations of the agreed safety rules are confirmed, further steps and continued cooperation with the production concerned will be reviewed. You can submit a report by email through our contact page.

Discretion regarding your set card

Safety on set already begins with controlled handling of your profile data. Contact details are not openly displayed in the page source and remain locked until a production unlocks the set card. Additional images are displayed obscured.

Three visibility levels are available for your set card. This lets you decide how openly your profile appears within the platform. Productions do not automatically see all information or direct contact options.

You can pause your set card at any time or have it deleted. An informal email is sufficient for deletion; it will take place within seven days. No postal letter is required; communication takes place by email.

Plan for a trusted person and companion

You may bring a trusted person to the casting without registering them in advance. A companion is also permitted at productions. Inform them beforehand about the location, period and the information you know about the production.

Agree on set times for brief check-ins and discuss what should happen if contact is missed. It should also be clear on set who your direct contact person is and which signal stops a situation immediately. You can find guidance on this in the article about stopping work, safewords and contact persons.

You can stop filming at any time. If filming is stopped for safety reasons, the agreed day rate remains payable. Excluded activities neither need to be discussed nor renegotiated afterwards.

What to do in immediate danger

In immediate danger, leave the room or location if possible and call the police on 110. The support helpline on 116 016 offers assistance in cases of violence. Your physical safety takes priority over gathering further evidence or confronting those responsible.

Keep contracts, messages and payment statements if this can be done safely. In cases of unauthorised publication, threats or attempted blackmail, the steps in the article Leaks and blackmail: what to do immediately can help. Do not respond to demands alone if you feel threatened.

Also report an incident through the contact page so that we can review the production concerned. Describe as objectively as possible when and where something happened and which agreement was affected. In an acute emergency, however, the police are responsible first.
