Side Job in Bremen and Bremerhaven: Get Started Safely

A side job in Bremen can range from lingerie and nude photography to webcam and fan-platform content as well as film productions. Getting started takes place online, while castings and shoots are held in suitable studios or booked locations. All offers are exclusively for adults aged 18 and over, whose age is verified using an identity card or passport.

What side jobs are available in Bremen and Bremerhaven?

The Federal State of Bremen consists of the two cities of Bremen and Bremerhaven. Bremen is home to universities, companies, media services and many jobs. Bremerhaven is geographically separate and has a stronger focus on the port, logistics, science and tourism.

Students, trainees and employees can consider various activities. Available opportunities include lingerie and nude photography, adult photography, webcam work, content for fan platforms, film productions, event companionship without sexual acts, and jobs behind the camera. Pure fashion or advertising modeling jobs without an adult-content connection are not part of our offer.

The regional production scene is smaller than in Hamburg or Hanover. For this reason, work often begins online or with individual appointments that can be combined with studies, training or a main job. An overview of additional locations is available on the page about regions and casting opportunities.

Women and men can apply equally. The people sought depend on the specific project, the planned format and the agreed content. Reliable regional figures on booking opportunities or gender distribution are not available.

How to get started from Bremen

The first step is a free online application for performers. Applications, interviews, castings, placement and contract reviews cost you nothing. You will receive a response within 48 hours, even if no suitable placement is currently possible.

The initial interview can take place by phone or video. It covers your expectations, possible areas of work, availability and personal boundaries. You do not have to decide immediately on all formats and can completely exclude individual areas.

For a casting in the city, you can find the specific information on the page about porno casting in Bremen. The casting takes place exclusively in a studio or booked location, never in a private residence. At least three people are present, and you may bring a companion without prior notice.

No sexual acts take place during a casting. It is used to discuss the cooperation, review documents and, if applicable, make neutral test recordings. Without a valid identity card or passport, neither casting nor filming will take place; a driver’s license is not sufficient for age verification.

Travel, casting cities and combined appointments

Travel within Bremen is usually short. If you are traveling from Bremerhaven, you should allow approximately one hour by regional train, depending on your starting point. Productions in other cities mainly include Hamburg and Hanover, which are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours from Bremen.

Information about appointments outside the city-state is available from the Hamburg casting location and the Hanover casting location. Especially for longer journeys, it makes sense to combine the preliminary interview, casting or production where possible. The exact arrangements are coordinated before a binding commitment.

The production covers travel costs and meals. Whether accommodation is required if the work ends late or for a multi-day assignment should be clarified in writing beforehand. You should not rely on unclear promises or cover travel expenses without agreeing on reimbursement.

Further down this page, suitable open jobs in the surrounding area and the next city pages are displayed automatically. Which offers are visible may change depending on ongoing productions. A specific number of jobs or bookings therefore cannot be promised.

Webcam and fan platforms as a side job from home

Because there are fewer local productions in Bremen and Bremerhaven than in larger media locations, webcam work is the first step for some people interested in this field. There is no fixed daily fee. Instead, platforms pay a share of revenue, with the rate ranging between 25 and 90 percent depending on the provider.

Fan-platform content can also be planned and produced at home. You need a quiet, controllable space, a reliable internet connection and clear rules about which content you want to offer. The page about working from home as a side job explains these options and their differences.

Revenue is not guaranteed. It depends, among other things, on the platform, activity, pricing, reach and ongoing costs. Before making a decision, you should also check which usage rights you grant to the relevant platform and how later account deletion is handled.

For greater discretion, you can use a stage name and keep private and professional profiles separate. Some platforms offer geoblocking, meaning a regional access restriction. This allows you to exclude your own region and, where applicable, neighboring countries, although geoblocking does not provide complete protection against being recognized.

Communication with our platform takes place by email. No letters are sent to your home address, and data is not shared with productions or other agencies on a case-by-case basis without your consent. An informal email is sufficient to request deletion of your data within seven days.

Fees, payment and possible social benefits

For a photo production, the fee is 250 to 600 euros per shooting day. Video productions pay 400 to 1.200 euros per shooting day. Event companionship without sexual acts is paid at 200 to 500 euros per day.

A realistic earnings example is therefore a single photo day earning 250 to 600 euros or a video day earning 400 to 1.200 euros. This does not establish a regular monthly income, because the scope and frequency of bookings vary. Using the production earnings calculator, you can compare different working days based on these ranges.

Payment is made within 14 days by bank transfer and accompanied by a statement. Cash payments are not provided for. Performers pay neither an application fee nor a placement commission, and no agency commission is deducted from the agreed fee.

If you receive Bürgergeld, you must report income from a side job to the Jobcenter. You should ask there directly which allowances and documents currently apply, as requirements may change and your individual situation is decisive. Income may also trigger tax obligations, particularly in the case of self-employment.

Safety, boundaries and consent

Before a booking, it is recorded which content you accept, reject or want to decide on only after further clarification. This is documented in a yes-no-maybe list containing 87 types of content. The completed list becomes part of the agreement and also applies if an additional payment is offered on set.

You can stop a casting or shoot at any time. If you stop for safety reasons, the daily fee remains payable. Excluded content may neither be demanded nor imposed through time pressure, discussion or additional payment.

Condoms are mandatory without exception for vaginal and anal sex, regardless of existing test results. An STI panel, meaning a test for sexually transmitted infections, may not be more than 14 to 30 days old on the shooting day. The production covers the cost.

A companion is permitted. The set must also have a private shower, a retreat room and refreshments available. You can find further principles under safety and consent on set.
