Casting Bavaria: Adult Jobs, Travel and Discretion

A casting in Bavaria begins online and, depending on where you live, leads to Munich or Nuremberg. You can also apply from rural areas, combine appointments and specify in advance which jobs and content are suitable for you.

Two casting cities for a large federal state

Bavaria is a large federal state. That is why Munich and Nuremberg serve as two casting cities covering different parts of the state. Which city is closer depends on where you live, the specific production and the appointment.

For Upper Bavaria, Swabia and parts of Lower Bavaria, the porn casting in Munich is often the obvious choice. From Franconia, northern Upper Palatinate and neighboring regions, the porn casting in Nuremberg may be easier to reach. You can find an overview of other federal states and areas in the overview of casting regions.

The website exclusively arranges jobs in the erotic and adult sector. These include lingerie and nude photography, erotic photos, webcam work, content for fan platforms, film productions, event accompaniment without sexual acts, and work behind the camera. We do not arrange purely fashion or advertising modeling jobs without an erotic connection.

How getting started from Bavaria works

The first step is a free online application for performers. Applying, the interview, casting, placement and contract review cost you nothing. You will receive a response to your application within 48 hours, even if placement is not possible.

The initial interview takes place by telephone or video. It covers your expectations, possible areas of work, availability and personal boundaries. You do not have to commit to film productions immediately; for example, you can initially choose photography, webcam work or event accompaniment.

An in-person casting takes place in the next suitable casting city. It is held exclusively in a studio or booked location, never in a private home. At least three people are present at the casting, an accompanying person may come without prior notice, and sexual acts are not part of the appointment.

For a casting and shoot, you need a valid identity card or passport; a driving licence is not sufficient. Placement is only possible from the age of 18, and without a valid identity document there will be neither a casting nor a shoot.

Travel from Augsburg, Franconia and rural areas

From Augsburg or Ingolstadt, the journey to Munich takes approximately less than one hour, depending on the starting point. From Erlangen, Fürth or Bamberg, Nuremberg can often be reached in around one hour. Traffic, connections and the exact departure point can change the actual travel time.

Depending on your starting point, you should allow approximately two to three hours from Lower Bavaria, the Allgäu or Lower Franconia. In these cases, it is worthwhile handling the initial interview and coordination digitally and travelling only for confirmed appointments. Information about getting started from a rural area without your own studio can help with practical planning.

Several appointments can often be combined, especially when travelling longer distances. For example, a casting, new portfolio-card photos and an already arranged interview can be scheduled on the same day. Whether several productions can also be combined must be coordinated with everyone involved in advance.

For a booked job, the production covers travel costs and meals. If an overnight stay might be necessary because of an early start time or a long return journey, clarify the costs, booking and accommodation in writing before accepting. Do not assume that an overnight stay is automatically included.

Assessing fees and costs realistically

For a photography production, the fee is 250 to 600 euros per shooting day. Video productions pay 400 to 1.200 euros per shooting day. For event accompaniment without sexual acts, 200 to 500 euros per day are provided.

A simple example: For a confirmed photography day, the agreed daily fee is 250 to 600 euros, depending on the assignment. A single video shooting day, by contrast, is between 400 and 1.200 euros. These are ranges, not a guarantee of a specific number of bookings; the shooting-day earnings calculator can help you assess different types of assignments.

Webcam work has no fixed daily fee. Payment is based on a share of revenue, with platform payout rates ranging between 25 and 90 percent. Factors include the platform, activity, demand and the amount of time you invest yourself.

Performers do not pay a placement commission and do not give any part of their fee to the agency. The production agrees and pays the placement commission separately. Your fee is paid by bank transfer within 14 days, with a statement, and not in cash.

If you receive Bürgergeld, you must report income from bookings, webcam work or fan platforms to the Jobcenter. You should ask them directly which allowances currently apply and which evidence is required. Specific amounts are deliberately not stated here because regulations can change and individual circumstances are decisive.

Working discreetly in small towns and surrounding areas

In Munich, the anonymity of a major city can be helpful, while the cost of living is high. In rural Bavaria, on the other hand, there is often greater concern about being recognized by acquaintances. This applies, for example, to smaller towns in Lower Bavaria, the Allgäu, Lower Franconia or between the larger cities.

A stage name can make it more difficult to connect your work with your legal name. You can also use geoblocking on your own fan-platform profiles. This blocks access from your region and, where applicable, neighboring countries, although complete anonymity cannot be technically guaranteed.

Further practical steps for working discreetly in a small town include separate email addresses, limited profile information and careful image selection. We do not send you letters. Contact takes place by email, so no agency mail arrives at your home address.

Your data will not be shared on a case-by-case basis without your consent, including with other agencies. If you want your data removed, an informal email is sufficient; deletion takes place within seven days. Portfolio cards can also be maintained at three visibility levels, while additional images remain obscured and contact details stay locked until activation.

There are separate regional pages for the Upper Palatinate and the Bavarian Forest because travel routes and planning there may differ from the areas around Munich. These areas are not simply assigned to Munich or Nuremberg. What matters is which confirmed appointment can be sensibly reached from your starting point.

Working from home or travelling for a shoot

Not every way of getting started requires regular travel. Webcam work and content for fan platforms can generally be organized from home, provided you have a suitable private area and a reliable internet connection. You continue to decide for yourself which content you offer.

Working from home saves travel but requires your own planning. This includes platform rules, data protection, image backgrounds, accounting and separating private and professional profiles. There is no fixed daily fee for webcam work, and reach or earnings cannot be guaranteed.

You can combine both options: individual productions in Munich or Nuremberg and self-organized work from home in between. No one requires you to switch from photography to video or from webcam work to shoots. Every step remains voluntary and is agreed specifically before a booking.

Safety, boundaries and stopping on set

Before an assignment, you define your boundaries in a yes-no-maybe list with 87 possible types of content. This list becomes part of the agreement. Excluded content will not be requested, even in exchange for a higher premium.

You can stop a casting or shoot at any time. If you stop for safety reasons, your agreed daily fee remains payable. An accompanying person is permitted, and there must also be a private shower, a retreat room and refreshments available.

Condoms are mandatory without exception for vaginal and anal intercourse, regardless of test results. Required STI tests, meaning examinations for sexually transmitted infections, must be no older than 14 to 30 days on the shooting day. The production covers the cost; further rules are explained on the page about safety during casting and shoots.

Further down this page, suitable open jobs in the surrounding area and the next city pages are displayed automatically. For every offer, check the location, content, fee, usage rights, travel costs and any possible overnight stay before accepting it bindingly.

Frequently asked questions about casting in Bavaria

Do I always have to travel to Munich for a casting?

No. Depending on where you live and the production, Nuremberg may be closer or more practical from an organizational perspective. The in-person appointment is arranged only after the application and initial interview have taken place digitally.

Can a casting take place at someone’s home?

No. Castings take place exclusively in a studio or booked location, never in a private home. At least three people are present, and you can bring an accompanying person.

Who pays for my travel to a booked shoot?

The production covers travel costs and meals. If an overnight stay is necessary, you should clarify it in writing before accepting, including the booking and assumption of costs.

Can I apply without experience?

Yes. Previous experience is not required for an application. The initial interview determines whether photography, video, webcam work, fan-platform content, event accompaniment or a job behind the camera matches your expectations.

How can I remain discreet in a small town?

You can use a stage name, block your region on your own platform profiles and keep professional contact details separate from private accounts. No one can guarantee absolute anonymity, so usage rights and publication channels should be clearly recorded before every assignment.

How quickly is the fee paid?

Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 days and includes a statement. Cash payments are not provided for.

A casting in Bavaria can also be organized in a planned way despite longer travel: coordinate online first, establish your boundaries and then travel to Munich or Nuremberg only for confirmed appointments.
