Reporting illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)

If you find content on porno-casting.net that you believe to be illegal, for example in a profile card, a job offer or a message, please report it by email to info@porno-casting.net with the subject line “Report of illegal content”. The report should contain:

• a sufficiently reasoned explanation of why the content is illegal,
• the exact internet address (URL) and, if necessary, further information enabling the content to be located,
• your name and email address, except in the case of content concerning one of the criminal offences referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU (sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children, depictions of child sexual abuse); we also accept such reports anonymously,
• a statement that you genuinely believe that the information and allegations in the report are correct and complete.

We will confirm receipt of your report, examine it promptly, carefully and objectively, and inform you of our decision, including the possible legal remedies. Reports concerning minors will be given priority. If there is a suspicion of a criminal offence that poses a threat to the life or safety of persons, we will inform the competent law enforcement authorities.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

Under the general laws, we are responsible for our own content on these pages. We prepare the content with due care, but do not guarantee that general information, for example in the Magazine, the Glossary, the Earnings calculator or concerning fees, is complete, up to date and applicable to your individual circumstances.
