Tokens
With tokens, you permanently unlock individual set cards: contact details, terms and conditions, as well as all photos and videos without blurring.
All prices are net, plus VAT. The offer is intended exclusively for companies, productions, and agencies. You will receive the payment details after placing your order; the tokens will be credited once payment has been received.
One unlock applies to exactly one set card
In the performer database, you can unlock the contact details of a selected person with a token. The unlock includes the stored contact details and the previously obscured images of that set card. This gives you the information you need for a direct, specific inquiry.
A token does not open any additional profiles and cannot be distributed across multiple set cards. Before unlocking, you can see the publicly visible information, the request and existing markers such as “Verified,” “Recommended,” “Available immediately” or “New.” You can find an overview of profiles available for unlocking in the performer database.
Contact access is not a booking guarantee
By unlocking access, you obtain access to the contact details, not a commitment to participate in a production. The person contacted decides independently whether the project, date, fee and planned content are suitable for them. Even a complete and professionally worded inquiry may therefore be declined.
Individual boundaries remain binding. Anything a person has excluded may neither be requested nor offered in exchange for an additional fee. Before making a booking, all key points should therefore be agreed in writing, especially the assignment, date, location, fee, travel expenses, usage rights and planned content.
Token packages in a calculation example
Tokens can be purchased individually or as a package. The tiered pricing reduces the calculated price per unlocked contact:
- 1 token: 99 €
- 5 tokens: 445 €, equivalent to 89 € per unlock
- 10 tokens: 690 €, equivalent to 69 € per unlock
Five individual unlocks would cost 495 €. The package with five tokens costs 445 €, which is 50 € less. Ten individual unlocks would cost 990 €; the package of ten costs 690 €. All amounts are net prices plus 19 % VAT, and the offer is intended exclusively for businesses.
Without a subscription, you can have one job offer online at the same time. Tokens can also be used for Featured Jobs: seven days cost one Featured unit or one token, while 30 days cost three units or three tokens. Featured Jobs appear at the very top of the job overview with a badge and are displayed in all languages.
Difference between tokens and a subscription
You can purchase tokens as needed without a subscription. One token unlocks exactly one set card. Starter and Pro, by contrast, provide a fixed monthly token allowance as well as additional functions for job offers.
Starter costs 149 € per month and includes five tokens per month, up to three simultaneously published job offers and one Featured unit per month. For three months, the price is 134 € per month; for twelve months, it is 119 € per month. Starter is also a prerequisite for the Verified badge and includes email support with a response within 48 hours.
Pro costs 399 € per month and includes 20 tokens per month, up to 25 simultaneously published job offers, six Featured units per month and suitable set cards suggested for every job. For three months, Pro costs 359 € per month; for twelve months, it costs 319 € per month. It also includes the option of obtaining the Verified badge and a dedicated contact person with a response within 24 hours.
The subscriptions are available with a term of one, three or twelve months. They are paid in advance by bank transfer against an invoice and end automatically without cancellation. Reminders are sent 14 and three days before the end; credited tokens remain in the account. You can find the complete comparison under Prices for Productions.
When a subscription may be more economical
For a single, occasional search, one token is usually the smaller booking unit. If you regularly need several contacts and your own job offers, a subscription may be more economical. If all five monthly tokens included in the Starter plan are used, the subscription price of 149 € corresponds mathematically to 29.80 € per token, with additional services already included.
With Pro, using all 20 monthly tokens and a subscription price of 399 € results in a calculated share of 19.95 € per token. The actual benefit depends on how many contacts, job offers and Featured units you need during the selected term.
For recurring casting or several parallel projects, a subscription may therefore be more economical for productions. For occasional inquiries without regular demand, token packages remain more flexible.
Legal age and identity document checks
The platform works exclusively with adults. Regardless of any profile review, a valid identity card or passport must be checked before every shoot. A driving licence is not sufficient as proof of age and identity. No casting or shoot may take place without a valid document.
Unlocking contact details replaces neither the check on the production day nor the written documentation of your agreements. Answers about verification, booking and organisational procedures can be found in the FAQ for Productions.
Use unlocks selectively
Before using a token, check whether the set card, request, availability and production profile are generally compatible. This allows you to use unlocks selectively and reduce inquiries where identifiable requirements do not match.
