How we choose productions
We do not book with everyone who asks. A production that books through us meets these conditions — otherwise it does not get performers from us:
- Booked studio or booked location. No private homes, no hotel rooms without a team.
- Complete team on site. At least a director, camera operator, and an assistant. The camera operator is not also a performer.
- Written contract before the shoot. Including the Fee, scope of services, usage rights and the Boundaries list as an appendix.
- Payment within 14 days. Anyone who misses this deadline twice will no longer receive placements.
- Identity check and documentation. Before every recording, for every person involved.
- Condom requirement and test certificates. No exceptions, including for experienced performers.
If you notice something during a production arranged through us that contradicts this list, tell us. We will investigate it, and the collaboration will end if it is confirmed.

Guidance instead of a hasty commitment
Adult production in Germany: This term covers different types of work. What matters is which level of visibility, working method and time commitment you consider acceptable. First clarify whether you want to work on location, live or with self-produced material.
Also consider which content you definitely want to exclude and which type of publication you can accept. The information in the profile of a performer can help you assess expectations and tasks more realistically.
Which type of production may suit you
- Photo production: Suitable if you prefer working with individual images, poses and clearly planned sets. The fee is 250 to 600 euros per shooting day.
- Video production: Longer sequences, coordination with several participants and more comprehensive usage rights are customary here. The daily fee is 400 to 1,200 euros.
- Webcam: You work live and need to be comfortable dealing with an audience and maintaining your personal boundaries. Instead of a daily fee, you receive a share of the revenue; platforms pay out 25 to 90 percent.
- Event accompaniment: This work involves appearances or accompaniment without sexual acts. The compensation is 200 to 500 euros per day.
- Fan platform: You produce and plan content yourself, manage your profile and decide on the publication schedule and visibility. Income is not guaranteed and depends, among other things, on the platform, reach and ongoing effort.
Questions you should ask every production
A clear inquiry contains more than a date and fee. Before agreeing, you should clarify at least the following points in writing:
- What content is planned, and how will your boundaries be documented?
- Where and for how long will the production take place, and who will be involved?
- On which channels, in which areas and for how long will the content be published?
- What fee, travel expenses and other services have been agreed?
- When will the payment be transferred, and what payment statement will you receive?
- Who is your contact person if you feel uncertain or want to stop?
- Which health and hygiene rules apply on set?
- How will identification details, recordings and contact details be protected?

How to recognize a reputable production
A casting takes place exclusively in a studio or booked location, never in a private home. At least three people are present, you may bring a support person without prior notice, and no sexual acts take place during the casting.
Before the casting and shoot, a valid identity card or passport is checked; a driving licence is not sufficient. Condom use is mandatory without exception for vaginal and anal intercourse, regardless of tests. Any required STI panel may be no more than 14 to 30 days old on the shooting day and is paid for by the production.
Reputable productions respect excluded content even when additional payment is offered and accept termination at any time. Payment is made within 14 days by bank transfer with a payment statement, not in cash. The article how to recognize disreputable offers explains further warning signs.
How productions are verified on the platform
The agency checks a production's company details, including company name, legal form, address, registration, VAT ID and legal notice, as well as the contact person. This includes comparing the information with the legal notice and register and holding a brief video call. The “Production verified” badge appears on the job card and job page only with an active Starter or Pro subscription.
Each job listing is reviewed before publication. The title, shoot start, location, planned content and conditions such as safety rules, trusted person, breaks, publication and fee are recorded in the shooting agreement and confirmed by both sides.
How to make a well-founded decision
Do not let anyone pressure you into agreeing immediately, and keep the inquiry, contract and agreements. Pay particular attention to usage rights, boundaries, safety rules and compensation. If an important point does not work for you, you can decline or choose a different type of production.
