Are you looking for a cast for a photo or video production? Write to us with the scope, the period, the location and a budget range. A condition for working together is the terms stated on the Productions page.
For press
We are happy to answer interview or background requests. We do not put anyone in touch with performers.
Deletion of data
An informal email is enough. We delete within seven days and confirm it to you. No reason is required.
Contact the Casting Agency: These Matters Are Handled Fastest by Email
Email allows questions about applications, castings, bookings, and ongoing productions to be assigned directly. Please use the contact form on this page and make the subject as specific as possible. This allows your message to be handled without unnecessary follow-up questions.
- Application: name, desired area of work, and an indication of whether you have already completed the form.
- Casting appointment: agreed date, location, and the production concerned.
- Booking or shoot: production, date, and a brief description of your question.
- Data or set card: the email address used and your specific request for changes.
Include This Information in Your Message
Describe your matter briefly, but as completely as necessary. Helpful details include a clear subject line, your name or stage name, the email address we have on file, and relevant dates. For questions about a current application, it is also sufficient to state when you submitted it.
If your matter concerns an upcoming appointment, tell us which information you are still missing. We already explain many organizational details in the overview of the casting and placement process. Do not attach sensitive or intimate recordings to a message without being asked.
Reply Within 48 Hours
You will receive a reply by email within 48 hours. This also applies to applications we cannot consider. Please check your spam folder and reply in the existing email thread so that your matter remains properly assigned.
We do not send letters and communicate by email. If your contact details have changed, provide both the previous and the new email address. This allows us to identify your record clearly without requesting additional sensitive information.
Data Protection and Deletion Requests
For your application, we recommend using a separate email address that you do not use for private accounts. Do not send pictures of your identity document by email. An identity card or passport is checked during verification by video call or in person; a driving licence is not sufficient. Casting and shooting are excluded without a valid document.
You can request deletion informally by email. State the email address on file and clearly write that your data should be deleted. Deletion takes place within seven days. We only share data with your consent in individual cases, not with other agencies. You can find further principles under Safety and Protection.
Complaints and Immediate Danger
You can contact us confidentially if a production fails to respect agreements, applies pressure, or crosses boundaries. If possible, provide the date, production, contact person, and an objective description of what happened. We investigate every report; excluded content may not be requested afterward, even for an additional fee.
In immediate danger, email is not the right channel. Contact the police. The “Violence Against Women” helpline is available around the clock, free of charge, and anonymously. First move to a safe place and secure documents only if this is possible without additional risk.
Contact for Productions
As a production, you can find information about placements, database access, job offers, and castings on the for productions page. Include your company name, contact person, type of production, desired period, and specific request in your message. For a casting request, the location and the required profile-card characteristics are also helpful.
Answers about verification, the booking process, and cooperation are provided in the FAQ for productions. Prices and commissions are stated transparently before any chargeable service or agreed in writing. You can find current prices, packages, quotas, and terms on the prices for productions page. As a production, please also do not send copies of identity documents by email without being asked.
