Part-time Jobs for Men: Realistic Roles, Fees and Alternatives
A part-time job for men in the erotic and adult industry is possible, but demand is lower than for female performers. Realistic opportunities mainly exist in couple productions, photo shoots, webcam work, supporting roles and behind-the-camera activities.
How realistic is a part-time job for men?
Productions look for male performers less often than female performers. As a result, there are fewer enquiries, more competition and often lower fees. This does not mean that men cannot get bookings at all, but longer intervals between individual jobs are possible.
Many assignments arise as part of couple formats or as a supporting role in a larger production. If you want to live exclusively from individual shooting days, you should therefore calculate particularly carefully. As a part-time job, this work is more likely to be viable if you are flexible with your time and do not expect a specific number of bookings.
The overview of the professional profile for male performers explains in greater detail which tasks, expectations and working methods are common on set. You can also find further opportunities for adults on the overview page for part-time jobs for adults.

Which roles and areas of work are possible?
A male performer is not sought only for film productions. Depending on appearance, manner, experience and the specific request, photo shoots, creator content or event accompaniment without sexual acts may also be possible. We do not arrange pure fashion or advertising model jobs without an adult-industry connection.
- Couple productions: Applying together with your partner can be particularly interesting. Existing familiarity can make coordination easier, but it does not replace contracts or consent to each individual piece of content.
- Photo productions: These include lingerie, nude and erotic photography as well as male-model photos with an adult-industry connection. The agreed visual style must be established before the appointment.
- Film and supporting roles: Some productions cast men for clearly defined roles or individual shooting days. The specific content is determined exclusively by the prior agreement.
- Webcam work and fan platforms: There is no fixed daily fee here. Income depends on reach, working hours, platform, pricing and revenue sharing.
- Event accompaniment: These assignments take place without sexual acts. The tasks and duration must be described in writing in advance.
- Behind-the-camera work: Camera, lighting and set assistance can be alternatives if you would like to work in an organisational or technical capacity.
Joint assignments are explained in more detail on the page about jobs for couples. If you would rather not perform in front of the camera, you can find suitable fields of activity among the behind-the-camera jobs.
What productions expect from male applicants
Reliability is more important than staged self-presentation. This includes prompt replies, keeping appointments and providing honest information about experience, availability and boundaries. Professional conduct also means treating everyone involved with respect and not changing agreements independently.
For productions involving corresponding content, a current STI panel is required. On the shooting day, it must not be older than 14 to 30 days; the production covers the cost. Regardless of the test result, condom use is mandatory without exception during vaginal and anal intercourse.
You do not need to have experience, but you should be able to accept guidance and follow organisational requirements. A complete profile with current, unaltered photos makes assessment easier. Exaggerated promises do not improve an application.
The article why men often earn less explains why demand and compensation can differ between male and female roles. We cannot responsibly state a specific number of available jobs or a success rate.

Fees and a realistic earnings example
Fees for photo productions range from 250 to 600 euros per shooting day. Video productions pay 400 to 1.200 euros per shooting day, while event accompaniment without sexual acts pays 200 to 500 euros per day. Beginners should expect to be closer to the lower end of these ranges, especially if they do not yet have a set card or verifiable production experience.
A realistic example is a single photo shooting day with a fee of between 250 and 600 euros. This does not provide a basis for a regular monthly income because the number of enquiries fluctuates and men are booked less often. With the shooting-day earnings calculator, you can compare different bookings based on the known ranges.
Webcam work is not paid through a daily fee. Depending on the provider and model, platforms pay out between 25 and 90 percent of the revenue generated. Revenue is not automatically profit, as taxes, equipment and other business costs may also need to be taken into account.
An agreed shooting fee is paid by bank transfer within 14 days and accompanied by a statement. Cash payments are not provided for, and performers do not pay either for applications and castings or a commission from their fee.
Application, placement and process
Applying is free. You also incur no costs for the interview, casting, placement or contract review. You will receive a reply to an application within 48 hours, even if no suitable placement is currently possible.
In the detailed application form, you use a yes-no-maybe list to specify which of the 87 requested types of content are possible for you. This information helps filter out unsuitable enquiries at an early stage. You can submit your application as a male performer through the website.
If a suitable enquiry comes in, you receive information about the production, date, location, fee and planned content. A booking is made only after your consent and a written agreement. No specific number of enquiries or assignments is guaranteed.

Safety, age verification and personal boundaries
The work is possible only from the age of 18; this is verified with a valid identity card or passport, while a driving licence is not sufficient. Without a valid document, neither a casting nor a shoot will take place. Your personal boundaries remain binding for every assignment.
The yes-no-maybe list becomes part of the shooting agreement. Anything you have excluded may not be requested on set, not even in exchange for an additional payment. You can stop at any time; if you do so for safety reasons, your agreed daily fee remains payable.
Castings take place only in a studio or booked location, never in a private residence. At least three people are present, an accompanying person may come along without prior notice, and no sexual acts take place during the casting. Further rules are explained in the overview of safety and consent.
A private shower and a retreat room are available to you on set. An accompanying person and working with a mask are permitted. The production covers catering and travel costs.
Frequently asked questions about part-time jobs for men
Can I apply without experience?
Yes, you can apply without previous shooting experience. Reliable information, respectful conduct and a willingness to follow clear agreements are what matter.
Will I get a job immediately after applying?
No, an application is not a booking guarantee. Men are contacted less often, and placement depends on the current requests from verified productions.
Does applying as a couple improve my chances?
A couple application can open up additional opportunities for suitable productions. Nevertheless, both people decide independently about content, boundaries and whether to accept an assignment.
Do I have to work in front of the camera?
No, activities involving camera, lighting or set assistance are possible alternatives. The qualifications required depend on the respective production and task.
Can I hide my face?
Working with a mask is generally permitted, but this must be agreed before booking. Whether a production can implement an anonymous concept depends on the specific project.
What happens to my application data?
Data is shared in individual cases only with your consent and is not forwarded to other agencies. An informal email via the contact page is sufficient for your data to be deleted within seven days; no letters are sent by post.
A part-time job for men in the adult industry requires realistic expectations. Couple and photo formats, webcam work and behind-the-camera tasks offer different options, but regular bookings or fixed income cannot be promised.
