Would you like to organise a casting for an adult production? Our agency handles the planning from the initial briefing through to the on-site appointment. An Organised Casting Day Instead of Individual Enquiries

A casting day brings several conversations and test recordings together in a clearly structured process. This gives the production an opportunity to meet suitable performers in person and assess the casting based on the agreed briefing. We work exclusively with adults.

Depending on the assignment, our agency reviews suitable set cards, conducts preselection and coordinates appointments. The casting service can be commissioned independently of any subsequent placement. If a booking is subsequently made through our agency, the production pays a placement commission agreed in writing beforehand. Performers pay neither for the casting nor for the placement, and nothing is deducted from their fee.

How the Casting Organisation Works

The process begins with a specific briefing. This records which production is being planned, which profiles are suitable, when the project is scheduled and which requirements are genuinely relevant. Unclear or subsequently changing expectations make the selection more difficult and should therefore be clarified before invitations are sent.

1. Briefing: You provide the project type, scheduling framework, profiles sought, intended assignment and organisational requirements. Planned filming content is described objectively and transparently so that an informed decision is possible.
2. Preselection: We compare the briefing with suitable set cards. In doing so, we consider the listed requirements, availability and the boundaries specified by the performers.
3. Invitation: Selected persons receive the necessary information about the appointment, location, procedure and responsible contact person. No letters are sent; communication takes place by email.
4. Scheduling: We create coordinated time slots so that conversations and permitted test recordings can take place without unnecessary overlaps. Changes or cancellations are coordinated as part of the organisation.
5. Casting Day: On site, identity and documentation are checked, the procedure is explained and any open questions are clarified. A conversation, introduction and expressly agreed test recordings may then take place.
6. Feedback: After the appointment, you send your selection to the agency. Any booking, fee, travel expenses, usage rights and further terms are subsequently agreed in writing.

For job offers on the platform, applications and replies are handled through the inbox in the customer area. The contact details of both parties remain hidden until the production unlocks the relevant set card.

The yes-no-maybe list from the detailed application form covers 87 filming activities and becomes part of the contract if a booking is subsequently made. Excluded activities will not be requested, even in return for an additional payment. The casting is not intended to question or renegotiate these boundaries.

Boundaries and conditions can be recorded after the casting in a filming agreement. These include, among other things, the agreed content, safety conditions, breaks, publication, fee and the possibility of withdrawal.

Safe Location and Binding Rules

The casting takes place exclusively in a studio or a location booked for the appointment, never in a private home. At least three people are present during the appointment. A support person may be brought along without prior notice and may remain throughout the entire casting.

No sexual acts take place during the casting. Test recordings are permitted only with prior consent and may not be published. The type, scope and purpose of the recordings are explained before they begin; consent to recordings must not be assumed tacitly.

The location must allow an orderly and protected process. This includes a separate private room and a separate shower. If required, we can assist you in coordinating crew and suitable locations, without including private living spaces as casting locations.

Identity Checks and Handling of Data

A valid identity card or passport is required for the appointment. A driving licence is not sufficient. Without a valid document, neither the casting nor any later shoot can take place.

The check is incorporated into the schedule so that it does not take place only after test recordings or conversations. The production should determine in advance which responsible person will carry out the check and how the required documentation will be protected. Access should be restricted to the persons directly responsible.

Personal data and profile-card information are not passed on without case-by-case consent. They are not passed on to other agencies. Upon an informal email request, stored data will be deleted within seven days, unless other obligations prevent this.

What the Production Prepares Before the Appointment

A complete briefing prevents questions and misunderstandings. Before we begin the preselection, the agency needs reliable information about the project and the casting day. This includes, in particular:

• an objective description of the production and the intended tasks,
• the profile sought and comprehensible selection criteria,
• possible dates, time slots and the planned production period,
• the address of the booked studio or location,
• a named contact person for organisation and safety,
• information about planned test recordings and their internal purpose,
• information about the subsequent use of the production and the usage rights,
• the expected fee and arrangements for travel expenses and meals.

The production covers travel expenses and meals. For a later filming day, the contractual content, boundaries and stop-work rules must also be established. Stopping is possible at any time; if it occurs for safety reasons, the agreed daily fee remains payable.

If the relevant contacts are intended for a subsequent video production, condom use is mandatory without exception for vaginal and anal intercourse. This applies regardless of test results. Any required STI panel must be no more than 14 to 30 days old on the filming day; the production bears the cost.

Costs of the Casting Service

The organisation is calculated as a service according to its scope. No fixed price range is stated for this individual casting service. The specific flat fee depends, among other things, on the scope of the preselection, the number of appointments, the coordination effort and the requirements for the casting day.

You will receive a written quotation before work begins. It specifies which services are included and which tasks remain with the production. No additional services arise implicitly; extensions should be agreed in advance and added in writing.

All prices are intended exclusively for businesses and are stated net plus 19 percent VAT. The casting flat fee is separate from any placement commission for a subsequent booking. Further information about tokens and subscriptions can be found under prices for productions.

Selection and Booking After the Casting

After the appointment, the production decides which profiles are suitable for the project. The final booking should take place only once the fee, content, boundaries, usage rights, date, travel expenses and payment method have been recorded in writing. The fee is paid within 14 days by bank transfer with a statement; cash payments are not provided for.

For photo productions, fees range from 250 to 600 euros per filming day, and for video productions from 400 to 1.200 euros per filming day. Event accompaniment without sexual acts is paid at 200 to 500 euros per day. These ranges are not an income guarantee and do not replace an individual agreement.
