The Fachstelle sexuelle Gesundheit des Hochsauerlandkreises (sexual health service of Hochsauerlandkreis) conducts HIV testing exclusively in Meschede; it also offers consultations in Brilon and Arnsberg. The service is generally anonymous and free of charge. At the Gesundheitsamt des Märkischen Kreises (public health office of Märkischer Kreis) in Lüdenscheid, you can receive free, anonymous HIV antibody tests and syphilis diagnostics by appointment.
