At Jülicher Ring 32, the Gesundheitsamt des Kreises Euskirchen (public health office of the Euskirchen district) provides anonymous HIV laboratory and rapid tests as well as further STI examinations where appropriate. Since the tests are anonymous, neither a written result nor a certificate is issued. AIDS counselling is available in Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm from the Gesundheitsämter in Bitburg and Prüm. Clarify the appointment in advance and ask the respective district about consultation hours. Gesundheitsämter provide counselling and examinations for STIs under § 19 Infektionsschutzgesetz. Nevertheless, an anonymous test does not count as a production panel. The latter may be no more than 14 to 30 days old on the shoot day; the production pays for it. If you live in the Rheinland-Pfalz part of the Eifel, the Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung (association municipality administration) is usually responsible for business registration. In the NRW part, the relevant city or municipality handles this; the Gewerbe-Service-Portal.NRW is also intended for this purpose. If you operate a webcam business or create your own content commercially, register your business with the municipality where you live.
