Blocking is the rehearsal of movements and positions without the actual scene.
How you recognize this in practice
It saves time and makes the process more predictable.
The entry shooting day is related. For the broader framework, see casting. Open bookings in which the term plays a role can be found among the porn performer jobs.
What you check before accepting
- Is the rehearsal filmed?
- How long does it last?
- Can you refuse a position?
Distinction
A rehearsal is not an obligation to expand the later scene. Other terms are position rehearsal and blocking rehearsal. The application itself is submitted via the form and costs you nothing. This entry explains the term and does not replace legal advice.
An open question about this?
Terms explain the what, but not always how it applies to your own situation. If you want to know what this specifically means for you, ask us — it does not have to become an application. Many answers can already be found in the frequently asked questions.
