What data we process

Via the application form we collect: first and last name, date of birth, email address, optionally telephone number, postcode and city, the role you are applying for, your experience, the area you are interested in, and your optional message.

Why we need the date of birth

A collaboration is possible only with persons of legal age. The date of birth is used to verify that this requirement is met. It is not published and is not passed on to third parties. Applications from persons under 18 are not stored.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO and for taking steps prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Disclosure

Disclosure to productions takes place only with your express consent in each individual case and only to the extent required for that purpose. Disclosure for advertising purposes does not take place. Data is not sold.

Retention period

Application data is deleted as soon as you request it, and at the latest twelve months after the last contact. Upon a deletion request, deletion takes place within seven days; you will receive confirmation.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider collects technically necessary data (including IP address, time, page accessed, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Fonts
